With the ability to manage homes as large as 4500 sq ft, we currently serve local markets in Las Vegas, NV and Phoenix, AZ, with plans to expand soon! Rytell offers short term, mid term, and long term property management services, as well as interior design. We are a trusted company with a track record for success, so you can be confident in our ability to support your investment.

We design and operationalize your home for short term rental via sites like Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc. Full management services included. i.e. marketing, customer interaction, fee collection, and vendor management.

We rent out your home for you and manage all home services, rent collection, and tenant interactions

| Short Term Rental Arbitrage |
We rent your home from you directly at cost and become your tenant. Then we set up and prepare your home for short term rental. Your mortgage and utility bills get paid, you have a reliable tenant that is consistently cleaning and maintaining your home several times a month, and we pay you a percentage of the short term rental profits.
| Interior Design |
Whether a one off project or you want full management services, we can design a winning style for your home that will bring your vision to life and keep your guests coming back to stay at your place.
Pricing Information
When making an investment on your home, Rytell understands cost truly matters. Because of this, we offer clear and transparent pricing that is always competitive and typically beats the competition. We are able to do this because we do the work with minimal overhead. We are the company owners as well as the general managers, designers, marketers for Rytell. If you hire us, you get the best of us.
Service Pricing
| Short Term Rental Management |
* 20% of total gross profit from short term rental, plus $95 per month to stock home with essentials on the homeowner's behalf i.e. coffee, towels, soap, etc.
* Rytell will handle all sourcing and negotiation with maintenance vendors, cost of parts and repairs will be paid by the homeowner
* Cost of service that includes interior design is dependent on home size, customer needs, and time spent
| Mid and Long Term Management |
* 9% of monthly rent amount
* $88 for one time tenant sourcing fee
* Rytell will handle all sourcing and negotiation with maintenance vendors, cost of parts and repairs will be paid by the homeowner
* Cost of service that includes interior design is dependent on home size, customer needs, and time spent

* We rent your property as the tenant for 6-12 months with option to extend at the end of the lease term
* We pay the monthly rent and utilities at cost for the duration of the lease term. Monthly rent cost TBD
* As the tenants, Rytell rents out the property as a short term rental
* Owner receives 3% of gross monthly profit from short term rental
| Interior Design Projects |
* Cost dependent on customer needs, size of home, duration of project, etc.
